Delivery<\/h2>\n\t<\/div> [vc_column_text]What courier do you use for deliveries?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We use Correios CTT to send all of our orders and they are forwarded to the national postal service on arrival in the country of destination.<\/p>\n

How long does delivery take?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

International orders generally take between 3-7 working days to arrive. A delivery within Portugal usually takes 3-5 working days.<\/p>\n

How much is delivery?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery will be calculated upon check out, and depends of weight and destination.<\/p>\n

Can I track my item?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.<\/p>\n

Do you deliver to my country?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.[\/vc_column_text]\n\t

If you are not completely happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resaleable condition.<\/p>\n

Once returned you are entitled to receive an exchange or a refund.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.<\/p>\n

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.<\/p>\n

How do I return an item?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To return an item you must contact our Support Team to get the return approved and a RMA number with instructions.<\/p>\n

Who pays for return postage?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Customer bears the cost of shipping for returns.<\/p>\n
