Our barrels<\/h4>\n\t\t\t

Our wine is aged between 8 to 16 months in new French oak barrels.
\nThe porous nature of an oak French barrel allows evaporation and oxygenation to occur in wine but typically not at levels that would cause oxidation or spoilage.
